So I am currently having a bazar issue.

Yesterday I was having problems editing the style of this theme (colors mostly) so I was fed up and deleted and reinstalled. Then it was working with no problem.

So I do a whole bunch of work then got tired and woke up and wanted to change a few little things. It now seems like it is locked again and I can't change one thing at all.

    Am I doing something wrong?

Here is a link to what I did last night. http://starkillergarrison.com/skgforums/

This morning I tried to change the fieldset global.css. Line 675 boarder color and it would take effect right away after changing it.

As I am writing this I check it and it is working now. Earlier it was refresh the page and there it was. Now there is a major delay.

If it still doesn't working, try to empty your cache and/or change your browser to see if the probleme is in your PC.
Otherwise, i suggest to add the new css code at the end of the global.css.
(Try the browser developer tools to see the global.css, if you see the same global.css it means --> cache)
