This error is frequent and is caused by MyBB, not the theme, please refer to the MyBB Community.

This truly saddens me that MyBB is broken from fresh installation. I have seen this error everywhere on the internet. Guess I have to buy a premium forum software because the MyBB community do not seem to know how to really fix it either there. This is a beautiful theme though congrats!

I just had the same issue.. But the Mybb forums do have a solution!
- You can skip this template: 'header_welcomeblock_guest' I did not find 'Form action' so i skipped and it works anyway. https://community.mybb.com/thread-218862.html - And i quess for new users it would be nice for this template that the creator would edit its .XML  Sincerely, Ophi
