I deleted my old post.
In fact for the point 1, the problem is related to the other plugins you use, it uses old MyBB messaging system, so you'll need those plugins edited so they match to the conversation system.
I'll also add an option for the conversation system v2 (i'll name it "Messenger") for the point 2, as you are subscribed, you'll be able do download it when released
I'll try to make something that brings up new messages sent to the old system, so the problem with plugins will be fixed.
Point 3 is a bug and it'll be fixed, i am sorry about it
