To all people who have the same problem is issue:
ACP -> Styles -> Emerald -> css3.css -> Advanced Mode -> Search last line and "#threads,#views,#replies,#lastpost,.scrollToDown, .scrollToTop" And remove "display:none"
In my opinion looks perfect
