I remember it happened to someone whom i know, he simply fixed it by changing his hosting. It was not the only theme for him, it's a problem with the server & it's nearly a coincidence that it happens on the theme uploading page, the size of the XML of our theme may exceed the server limitations on that page i guess (it's really rare to get this...). Otherwise hundreds of people who bought the theme didn't have this issue
