Hey, I want to change this Specific text color and I'm not too sure how can y'all help me?

I've been trying to fix this for a while and all I can seem to do is change in within inspect elemant. In the XML file I changed all the colors named: "Green" and with the hex code "#008000" and none seem to change anything about it.
