Emerald Theme - responsive?

This is a very nice theme but it doesn't seem to be fully responsive and/or has bugs with the responiveness - e.g:

• Bottom of page not visible in portrait, cut off in landscape - e.g. on registration and login pages "I Agree" and "Login" buttons not visible in portrait (hidden behind footer), see half of buttons in landscape; in User CP lower links hidden by footer
  

• User CP - content at right side cut off, can only view in landscape; would be better if menu at right was moved above the content at right in mobile view
  
• When posting a thread need to go to landscape to see everything.  Portrait - content cut off at right.
  
• How do you get to Moderator & Admin CP from mobile view?  Can't see links.
  

Are you still working on the responsive part of this theme?  Can you help to fix these issues?

I can provide photos if needed.  This is with a clean install of the theme - i.e. no changes by me.

Just noticed that the footer is not cutting things off in mobile view in this forum.  Is this an updated version of the free Emerald theme?
