[emerald] Subforum icons do not change status when there are or aren't new messages

Well, the title says it all. This icons https://i.imgur.com/9oD5Cdh.png do not show the current status of a subforum, they are always green.

They are made like that by default, to fit the design colors and not to give status. This will be improved in next version, we'll change the opacity
