Hi, made an account and subscribed to be able to get the premium plugins, but I don't have the subscriber rank.

If you want to download for example Conversations System, go to the thread and download the attachement, easy

i mean the login issue thing i need to see that but it had to subscribed i did and it said access denied

Can you give me a screen and what is the page you are trying to access ?
