Color of the page when calling wrong, only after login correct color,Pictures in Post

Hello,

we are using the Emerald extended theme. Everything is working fine, but when you open the page, the bars in Emerald are green.

   

Only when you are logged in, the bars etc. are all in black.

   

How can I set that the bars are black even without logging in?
